Not at all. A lot of clients come to us without finished copy or photos, and that is completely fine. We can work with what you have, help guide you on what you need, and use placeholder content where needed while you pull things together. The goal is to make this as easy as possible for you, not to put more on your plate.
Every site we build includes a basic SEO setup: proper page titles, meta descriptions, clean URL structure, and mobile optimization. This gives you a solid foundation. More advanced SEO work, like ongoing content strategy or technical audits, is available as a separate service.
Yes, and we encourage it. You will see the site as it takes shape and have real opportunities to weigh in throughout the process. We do not build in the dark and surprise you with a finished product. Communication throughout is part of how we work.
Every single site we build is mobile-first and tested across devices. This is not optional and it is not an afterthought. Most of your visitors are probably already on a phone, and your site should work just as well there as it does on a desktop.
That is something we handle regularly. If you have an existing site that you want to refresh or completely redo, we can assess what is there and build a plan around your goals. Depending on what you need, this might fit into an Express package or it might make more sense as a Custom build.
Yes. Advanced functionality is available through the HF Express Custom and HF Full Custom packages. If you need something beyond a standard informational site, just tell us what you are trying to accomplish and we will figure out the right approach together.
We can. If you come to us without a logo or a defined color palette, we can help you get there. We work with a clean, professional direction and can build something that feels polished and intentional even if you are starting from scratch.
We do not purchase or manage domains on your behalf because we want you to have full ownership and control over your own domain. That said, we will walk you through the process of buying one and help you get everything connected properly before launch.
It starts with a conversation about your business, your goals, and what the site needs to do. From there we move into design and build, with regular communication along the way. Once you are happy with it, we launch. After launch you have access to the Ongoing Maintenance plan if you want ongoing support, and RJ is always reachable if something comes up.
You will be involved at the right moments without it consuming your time. We communicate clearly and consistently throughout the process. You will always know what is happening, what comes next, and where things stand. No chasing, no radio silence.
Yes. Payment plans are available and we are flexible on how that is structured. If you have a specific budget or timeline in mind, just bring it up during our conversation and we will find something that works.
Yes. The Ongoing Maintenance plan covers hosting, content updates, image swaps, and other changes to keep your site current. If you need something changed after launch, just reach out and we handle it.
Yes. You own your site and you are not locked in to anything. If you ever want to move to a different host or take over management yourself, we make that as straightforward as possible and hand everything over cleanly.
