The Situation
Lake View Rentals was running their online presence off a basic, outdated Blogger page when we started working together. It featured one of their lots and not much else, with nothing that communicated the quality of what they actually offered or gave someone a clear path to expressing interest in a property. The business had grown meaningfully since that page was put together, and the site simply had not kept up.
What We Built
One of the first things I wanted to address was the stigma that follows the manufactured home industry. Lake View Rentals is not a crowded mobile home park. It is a business that gives people their own plot of land for a manufactured or tiny home, and that distinction matters. The copy and branding were built around that difference from the start, making it clear what this business actually is and why it is worth a closer look. Beyond that, I built out a filterable portfolio of available and past lots, each presented as a clean card with the details that actually matter to a buyer: school district, water access, pricing, and lot size, all easy to scan. The contact experience was simplified so that whether someone wanted to send a message or schedule a visit, they could do it in a couple of clicks. The site went from something that barely communicated the business to one that gives it a genuinely professional presence.
