The Situation
Paine Farm Campsites had a website, but it had not been updated in over eight years. The business had a lot going for it: a rich family history, a unique setup where people could actually build permanent structures on their sites, and a beautiful natural setting. But none of that was coming through online. The old site made it hard for people to understand what they were actually getting, and the pricing and rules were buried in a way that made the whole experience feel more confusing than it needed to be.
What We Built
The new site was built around the feeling of being there, with nature, adventure, and the kind of laid-back outdoor experience that is getting harder to find. We used photos of the campsites and surroundings throughout to let the place speak for itself, and reorganized all of the information about amenities, rules, and the application process into something a first-time visitor could actually follow. A dedicated section on the family history behind the business gave it the personal touch that made Paine Farm different from a generic campground. The pricing was presented in a way that made the value immediately obvious, because one of the biggest things the business had going for it was just how reasonable the rates were relative to what you get. The whole thing is a significant step up from what was there before.
